Billing questions
When am I charged?
Only after the person being checked has agreed. You raise the request for free, they consent or decline on their own phone, and payment is taken before the checks run. If they decline, nothing is charged.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page is the amount you pay. Your tax invoice states the GST separately, as CGST and SGST or as IGST depending on where you are registered. Add your GSTIN on your account page to have it printed on the invoice.
What if a check fails?
A check that fails with an error can be re-run on the same report at no extra charge, and the re-run repeats only the checks that failed.
Why do checks that are not connected appear in a level?
So the report can say plainly that they were not available, instead of leaving a gap that reads as a clear result. The status of every check is shown in the table on this page and on the report itself.
Is there a subscription or minimum?
No. You pay per verification. The Business Bulk price applies to CSV uploads, where each person still consents individually and you pay only for those who do.
