If you are the subject of a verification and want to withdraw consent, request a copy of what we hold, or have it deleted, use the form above and say so. We do not require you to have an account, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Grievance officer

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd has a named grievance officer. Complaints submitted through this form reach them directly and are answered in writing.

If you need the officer named for a formal complaint or regulatory filing, ask through this form and we will provide it. The Act requires that the officer be contactable, not that their name be published for harvesting.
